UPDATE

• [NEW] MBF21-supported version is now split! The default version only has the new monster sounds with no edited sprites/enemy behavior, while the Edited Monsters is...well, the edited one!
• [FIX - Edited Monsters] Fixed a bug with the Spectre in both the .pk3 and .wad versions where if the Spectre entered their pain state before seeing you, they'd stay visible.
